Our guest room was enough clean but the bathroom sink drain was clogged. Staff was so kind to us. Selling cakes, reserving taxi and shuttle bus service. Unfortunately our stay was in a middle of hari raya, so many stores and restaurants were closed. However we felt calm and warm welcoming at hotel and people enjoying their holidays well. We shall come back near future.

Great hotel worth a stay if in Brunei

Lovely rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Food was brilliant, really nice and had everything for picky eating children. Breakfast was the best we have had whilst living on Borneo for 2 years. Both pool and gym are really good to.
