Just completed a 2 month stay and Parkview was an excellent choice for affordable, comfortable accommodation. Property and facilities are upper end of the 3 star band and the Parkview difference is their incredible staff who go out of their way in every way to ensure a great experience. The driver James (as he wanted me to call him, I guess to make it easier on me) was great as was the rest of the staff. What I thought was a Hot tub was not really a hot tub, no heating element. Place does need a little fixing up but nothing really horrible that I noticed. The staff really made it so that I will come back if in the area.

The hotel needs maintenance and cleanup. The corridor smelt like urine and the AC was not able to filtering the inside air out. We booked the hotel for 4 people. There was no extra pillows. While we asked they wanted to charge extra.

Amazing staff and very kind. Appreciated the airport pick up. Room was spacious a little out dated but fine. My bathroom was not the greatest. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, no hot water in the shower, and AC was not working, so it was hot in the room.

Good hotel, but definitely need to improve the maintenance especially on aircon remote control because it was not working to lower the temperature and no temp display. The air con although cold, it feels the air is not clean. Probably air con vent needs to be clean because nose feels tingly (i have sensitive nose).
