"Great staff and great location. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is a continental choice as well. The restaurant for lunch and evening meals is busy and the food is good."

"The beach view is obviously great, and the reason for coming here as it's affordable. The reason it's affordable is due to the tired conditions. The balcony was filthy and my partner had to clean the chairs with wet loo roll and the railings to lean on. The room itself was clean enough, although the bathroom didn’t make me feel like I wanted to have a bath, and i usually like to take the opportunity in a hotel. We didn't really enjoy breakfast, egg and bacon ok, sausages and hash browns not. I would rate it closer to 3*. I would stay again, because of the location. "

"Great location, an easy stroll into Poole and great local restaurants and bars, loved reading upstairs and watching the boats sail past, so relaxing. Lovely welcome hamper, and enjoyed the tea and cookies in the garden, just great. had an issue with fining the thermostat, but Andy was straight on it and let us know. Parking is a huge plus too. "

"When we first pulled up the hotel was not much to look at but honestly, what a lovely surprise once inside. The restaurant, the terrace overlooking Poole harbour and the rooms were all very spacious (we had 3 rooms)"

"Lovely staff as always. A few issues in our rooms (tv remote missing, wall lamp not working). Good breakfast, fresh and tasty. Excellent bar menu, very good smoked salmon sandwiches!"

"Attractively decorated flat that was comfortable and quiet.Having free parking with parking permit was definitely a bonus. Well equipped kitchen/ good wifi. The flat is in a very nice area in Sandbanks. Excellent communication with owners. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again"
