Every staff member is dedicated to help you with anything you need. They will always greet you and make you feel welcome. The manager/owner checked in personally with us about our stay and we had this optimistic conversation about having Halal options in the near future. Hotel is well equipped with all the necessary features. We were given an iron, ironing board and a fan upon request. Everything was neat and clean. Made our anniversary trip very very special. Thank you Borrowdale Gates!"
