"Property is OK overall except for slight damp smell when entering. some details need fixing: Front yard is a mess. Backyard is a mess, old carpet, cigarette ends (including flower pot on window sill full of old cigarettes)Neighborhood is not the best...trash in road and general clean up required.Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with steep staircase. On the positive side, only a short walk to wonderful promenade."

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. "The apartment has plenty of space and the location is nice with very easy access to the train and lovely restaurants on Lark Street a short walk away. Easy street parking right in front of the house & the door access code is provided in advance for easy check-in/out process. We enjoyed eating at the kitchen table with enough space for our family. However, this house definitely needs some TLC and updates. Living room couches are stained, the chair is falling apart, shower door broken so water...
