"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

Lots of space in the accessible room for someone who is severely visually impaired and a baby. Parking is easy to find and a petrol station with Starbucks, Greg's and Asda service is right next door. Conveniently situated near the main road."
"The staff were friendly on arrival and willing to help with queries . The room was stifling hot the window wouldn’t stay open to its intended maximum opening and the fan was pretty useless . The room was small, and bathroom Internal so that was unbearably hot . We went to use the pool after checking opening times to be told no one could use it as there was glass in it . Breakfast was ok ."
