"I had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and such exceptional service so seamlessly. I truly loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney!"

"Room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Stayed in 301 so not sure if this is standard. Next to a slightly busy road but didn't hear any traffic. Block out curtains worked a treat..very dark, which I appreciate. Handy location. Short walk from Museum Station. Buffet breakfast was delicious with tge scrambled eggs worth a special mention....yum. No complaints at all and hope to have an excuse to stay there again soon."
