"As soon as you walk in this hotel, you are met with a musty odor that unfortunately is throughout the entire hotel. We were stuck in a bad situation and had to stay, otherwise I would have left and went home if I was able, instead of staying here. The room smelled like mildew. The sconce lamp on the wall fell off as soon as i attempted to turn it on. The blanket on the bed smelled like disgusting body odor, l had to call the front desk for a clean blanket and had to go to the front desk to get it because no one would bring it to me. Had to call the front desk with my cell phone because the phone in the room did not even work. All 3 floors had broken ice machines. I did thoroughly inspect the matress for bed bugs before sleeping in it and was surprised I didn't find any. I did not use the shower in the morning because even the water stunk! I did not check out the free breakfast because why would I? Id be afraid to eat anything! The hotel needs to shut down and remodel completely! Worse place I ever stayed! Do not stay here! "

"This was a great place to stay for our family of four. Jerry’s Pub is easily walkable for a great meal and we loved visiting Hidden Lake Gardens nearby. The little yellow house was clean and offered a great private space for us to relax when we weren’t busy visiting family."

"Coffee containers empty at 9:00 am, batteries in TV remote very weak, sheer curtains shredded, and to top it off!! I received a text message at 8:0am requesting I checkout and asked what time were we leaving…"

"My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again."
