Large family friendly house with amenities everyone can enjoy. This house has over 9,000 square foot of living space, 9 bedrooms, and can sleep 27 people. Keep everyone entertained with the heated, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and poker table. Come across some nice days and the kids could have fun on the outdoor play set.
The main floor consists of two beautiful sitting rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very large dinning room table. There are two sleeping areas on the main floor, a king bed adjacent to the living room overlooking the woods, and a queen bed off of the second living room. Currently no shower on the main floor.
Upstairs you will come across 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Connected to this bedroom is a large bathroom with a large walk in shower and tub. On the other side of that bathroom is another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed. Continue down the hall and you will find a full bathroom with a washer and dryer and another bedroom with a king bed. The last two bedrooms upstairs are next to each other and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. These bedrooms have a queen bed and then a queen over queen bunkbed.
Find your way downstairs to come across another large sitting area and a six person poker table. The basement also has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The one bedroom has a king and a queen bed, and the last bedroom has a king bed.
Only a few minutes from the Michigan Speedway, Bundy Hill Off Road Recreation LLC, and the town of Brooklyn, MI. Also not far from Devil’s Lake, a public lake with a public beach.

This place was perfect for our women's retreat. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was a hit with the ladies, also the hot tub was a perfect for those who just needed to relax. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

The house is clean, stocked, and had a lot of toys and books for kids. The pool and hot tub are perfect for a winter getaway. This is our second time staying here and we highly recommend!

The house is absolutely stunning. We celebrated graduation among family and friends and everyone complemented the amenities. Wish it was a little closer to Ann Arbor, but the drive was worth it! No complaints.

Awesome extended family get together!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our extended family and had the best of times! Would stay again! The pool and hot tub were great and kitchen had the essentials to cook all meals for our group of 24 at the house. Plenty of space to spread out and downtown Brooklyn has cute shops and a grocery store that had everything we needed!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The pool area was a hit with the grandkids and the water was warm. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed. We will definitely stay there again! Host was very accommodating.

Amazing House

The house was a great place to stay with extended family. The boys LOVED the pool and swam non-stop. A few of the rooms are a little unique but with all the options there were still plenty of items.

Very spacious. We had 23 people (6 mos. to 66) Folks had many places to separate, to relax, play games, nap, read, watch tv or chat. Great kitchen table to seat all us for meals & games. Some of the bedrooms needed closets for hang up clothes and more luggage stands or a dresser. The kids mentioned they would have loved an outdoor basketball hoop (we’re from Indiana). Everyone had fun writing notes/messages to each other on the refrigerator smart screen. Communication with the owner was great too Overall we had a great stay.
