The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to food spots, shopping, and the energy Harlem is known for. The hotel itself felt modern and clean, and the aesthetic gave just enough luxury without feeling over the top. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed? Super cozy—definitely gave me a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how quiet it was, considering how lively the area can be. Customer service was solid. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth. You can tell they’re used to taking care of guests and keeping things running efficiently. If I had to point out anything, it would be that parking and pricing in the area can be a little tricky—but that’s just New York in general, not really on the hotel. The front desk staff will provide a list of parking garages that are nearby. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great mix of comfort, location, and style—perfect for a getaway, whether you’re visiting the city or just doing a little staycation."

The gym and restaurant on site were convenient and easy to utilize and the restaurant atmosphere was nice and service great. As most NYC Hotels, the rooms, even the larger Studio Suite, are not large. However, the room was clean, uncluttered and included a safe and lil fridge. Parking….if ya bring a car, you gotta park in one of the 2 parking garages in the block the hotel is in. 1 gets busy and on a Friday night it maybe full. The 2nd one was available, until the elevator broke….only addressing this as the amenities Valet Parking…which there isn’t. Would definitely stay here again if I needed an Uptown hotel."
