"We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller. For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over. The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well."

The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful. I had mistakenly booked at Terminal 3 but was arriving and departing from Terminal 2. My only suggestion would be offering the option to book longer time blocks, especially when flights are delayed. Overall, highly recommend for anyone needing real rest during a long transit."
