"It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed."

"Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house."

"Unit was very clean and appeared newly renovated. Kitchen and appliances were new. Bathroom was new. We did not lack for much and the hosts supplied what we needed during our stay. Keep in mind the bathroom is on the second floor in case anyone visiting you there is unable to negotiate the stairs. Another caution is only one of the beds allows a tall person (6’ 2”) to let their feet hang off the end. We would stay here again."
