"had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all there were visible stains and grime around the door hinge area, and I even saw bugs inside the room, The lamp was also in poor condition, looking worn and dirty, which made the whole space feel neglected. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were far below what I expected, and it made it hard to feel comfortable during my stay. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very friendly and polite."
