A nice little place, needs an upgrade though, most blinds dont work. TV very intermittent, lost reception often

Cockroaches

I found these units to be in an excellent position but the condition is appalling, when you have to spend it with families of cockroaches. You don't want to have to go on holiday and wash every dish before you use it. You also don't want to have to be chasing cockroaches out or your room before you go to bed. The estate agents where lovely but when we left something behind they did not go out of the way to help us retrieve it. The cleaner luckily was there to give us access when we drove back to Bribie from Brisbane to fetch it.
