This house already holds a place in the hearts of visitors as the perfect family home, fisherman's delight or relaxing getaway and with a renovated ensuite and quality linen throughout you will not forget your stay and want to come back for more.

The large yard is perfect if bringing along a boat and if lawn bowls tickles your fancy you can just go straight across the road for a game. You are in walking distance from restaurants, takeaway and specialty shops or just take a stroll to the museum or the waterfront.

Make sure you do not forget your fishing rods as the fish are always biting in the Pumicestone Passage and you can bring back your catch for a delicious dinner prepared in the large open plan kitchen.
