You will truly love Claytons 1 with its panoramic ocean views and the distant views of Moreton Island. All this from the spacious and covered large deck, with the adjoining kitchen with a granite bench, sharing those views. This architect-designed property maximizes ocean views and breezes, along with a native plants garden, a sanctuary for parrots, curlews, kangaroos etc.

Designed for ease-of-access, the garage, well-equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining room, main bedroom, bathroom, toilet, laundry and the deck are all at entry level. The three additional bedrooms below, with a shared bathroom and toilet, are easily accessible by way of the internal staircase.

The dining room and veranda tables both have seating for eight.

After a day soaking up the sun at Cylinder beach, savour the outdoor shower, rinse off the sand, and cool down before heading inside.

Claytons 1 now features air conditioning in both the upstairs entry-level bedroom and the main bedroom on the lower level, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

All bed linen is provided, and the beds are made up ready for your arrival.

For added convenience, the property includes a laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline.

Families are well catered for, with baby gates and a highchair available for the littlest guests.

Great property for elderly

This property was wonderful. Especially when I broke my ankle on the first day! There’s one floor and no stairs with a bedroom attached that would suit elderly people staying with family. Position and views are magnificent
