4 Bedroom beach house only minutes walk to Cylinder Beach.

  • Four bedroom beach house with large deck and only a short walk to Cylinder Beach, the Straddie Hotel, shops and public transport. This property has been totally refurbished and is a modern beach house. Top level is lounge, kitchen dining, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large deck with good sea and bush views. There is a whale watching tower off this deck allowing even more commanding water views. Internal stairs lead to the downstairs which has two bedrooms plus second large living area leading to another balcony also with water views. The laundry and a third bathroom are also on this level.

    Features: 4 bedrooms (3 Queens, 2 King Singles, 3 bathrooms, pool table, 2 TVs, 2 x DVD Players, CD Player, Dishwasher, Microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine, washing machine, gas BBQ on top deck.
