"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...

The room was nice & clean, but there were a couple of shortfalls: you couldn't open the room window for fresh air & ventilation and the room temperature controls wouldn't seem to work so it was slightly chilly in the room during the night. "This hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and located in an ideal position to walk to all the high spots of Milan. It is located equidistantly between the Duomo in the centre and the Navigli (canal district) where there is a huge number of restaurants. All in all, a great stay."
