"Room was not cool enough, unfortunately we realized this after retiring for the evening. We put the fan on, thinking it would help, but it made so much noise, sleep was difficult. We have stayed there before and also at the Sheraton at Cdg. Usually a good experience, but this time disappointed. (The bar restaurant is great)."

"Very good location and right opposite to the ferry terminal. The bed was firm which was my liking. Everything was good. My only criticism was the lighting on the two sides of the mirror in the bathroom were way too bright."

"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."
