Good place to stay if you just have a layover or a day by the airport. Hotel is nothing special, and wasn’t really expecting much. It is close to a nice bakery and great restaurant though. Nice little town to stay in for the day.

Not a bad hotel, rooms are a little dated and we had to get ours changed as there was a constant high pitch noise coming from just outside the window meaning we couldn’t sleep however the staff were more than willing to help and put us in another room. If you’re only staying after/before a flight to/from Malpensa this place is fine, I’d possibly look elsewhere for longer stays but for what it is it’s good enough

Poor internet connection when in room . Naturally, smart TV unable to stream anything. Otherwise, good hotel, great location near airport. Convenient shuttle service to the airport. i would stay here again. i hope they improve their wifi service.

A practical place to stay overnight before an early-morning flight. The shuttle service is fast and clean. Simple bar/benerages/coffe/drinks and limited food options. Less than 10 minutes from MXP airport (navigating on your own is challenging: my Google Maps gave me the wrong directions and sent me off-route disproportionately!).

For an airport hotel, this was pretty decent. The room itself wasn’t bad, not the most comfortable bed, and we did have to request extra pillows, but for one night it was very convenient. The restaurant in the hotel was OK for dinner, but I do think that we would’ve preferred to go off property. The shuttle transport service though was an absolute dealbreaker for us and we’re incredibly grateful that it was a service offered by the hotel.

The property is extremely close to the airport. Perfect for when you only need a night or so. They have a shuttle that’s €5 which is super convenient. Pretty much runs all the time. Call once you pick up your bags and they are there within five minutes.Beds were comfortable shower had great hot water. My flight was early so I didn’t have any of the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but definitely extremely convenient and comfortable.

I stayed at Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport and had a really good experience. The hotel is comfortable, the bar is great, and the people working there are genuinely amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Just keep in mind that if you’re not using the shuttle, the walk to and from the terminal is longer than Google Maps suggests, since you can’t cut across certain areas. Still, for service and atmosphere, this hotel delivers.

Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and convenient.

We stayed here 1 night prior to our flight at MXP. To get to the hotel, we took the free airport parking shuttle 2 stops and walked about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. The path is not pedestrian friendly, but is passable. Once we arrived we were greeted and given our key. The room was fine. Clean, cool, comfortable and it seemed it was recently updated. The shower was very high and somewhat slippery, but we made it work. The bar and restaurant were excellent as there were not many options around. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel provides a 5 euro pp shuttle, which was comfortable and on time.
