"Our room was clean, with all needed amenities. Staff was extremely polite and attentive. I was greeted by my name at every interaction from the desk staff. Complimentary breakfast had lots of choices, 24 hour tea and coffee provided in the lobby as well as in suite options. Quiet hotel, only complaint was the freezer portion of our fridge was totally iced over. Would have been nice yo refreeze our ice packs."
