"The hotel itself is so convenient for traveling and is directly in the city centre the hotel room was really cosy and had everything I needed for my two nights stay Breakfast buffet service was really nice with plenty of options to choose from Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would be nice to keep items refrigerated "

"The reception staff were very good - friendly and efficient. However, the room was in dire need of renovation. There was no available electric socket near the bedside table. There was a portable heater as the radiator doesnt work. The shower had very little pressure. I did see a couple of small flies in bathroom and not sure where they came from. And worst of all, I woke to water dripping from the ceiling near the room door. Judging by the replacement part already in place, this is a pipework...
