"The front desk person was rude and i got a small room than the one i booked same price"

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. For the price this hotel charges, the level of service and basic amenities was shockingly poor. First of all, housekeeping never came to clean our room, even though we were gone the entire day. We returned expecting the room to at least be tidied up, trash emptied, or the bed straightened, but nothing had been touched. It felt like we were completely forgotten. The bathroom situation was just as frustrating. The shower head was positioned in such a way that the water shot directly at you the second you turned it on, making it impossible to adjust comfortably without getting blasted. On top of that, we never received additional towels during our stay, which is a pretty basic expectation at any hotel. The toiletries were also lacking. There was no conditioner provided, which is a very standard amenity almost everywhere these days. For a hotel charging such high prices, cutting corners on something that simple feels cheap and careless. But the most unbelievable part? There wasn’t even complimentary breakfast. Considering how expensive this place was, not offering even a basic breakfast option felt like the final insult. Most hotels, especially ones charging premium rates, include something for guests in the morning, but apparently not here. Overall, the experience felt overpriced, poorly managed, and lacking the most basic hospitality standards. I absolutely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"The room was clean and on the 1st floor and I was able to park car in front of my room window. Bed was comfortable and sufficient comfy pillows. Loved the zero walk in shower with handicapped bars on 3 sides. Room was large and comfy with Refrigerator & ice maker close to the room. Breakfast was typical Coffee, juice & waffles but scrambled eggs & sausage and biscuits also available, which was a pleasant surprise. "

"The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful. "

"Terrible. I got banned because I had a guest come over. His appearance was a little rough . He got to the hotel before I was Ava to let him in the room so he sat in the lobby (the security guard says he was in the lobby and walking around butcher states he was sitting by the stairs until I was ready smthe security guard told me he didn’t like people and that he needed to leave I let him in the room as I had the king suite the sofa has a pullout bed I don’t see why I wouldn’t have be allowed a guest. The security guard said he’s not going to kick him out but I can and I’m like no he was invited in he did not cause any issues he was quiet and kept to himself. The next morning I went to recheck in and the manager told me that was going to be my last day there and that I could not have that guest there. Well being as that my guest was WITH me I didn’t kick him out me and everyone in my room was quiet all day I stepped out a couple times for a cigarette. At some point him and my bf went to the speedway to get some drinks and snacks for us and as soon as the two left the security guard called me (this was like 4 am as my bf had to be up early for work.) and tells me I am not going to be able to extend my stay I asked why and I was told because of strange “traffic and that I was told not to have my guest there Y? so they made me put my family outside in the cold to freeze with no car or no other place to go I think this was very inhumane and ridiculous and now I’m banned . REFUND ME"
