"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"We had a great stay in this cosy cottage, fab location with some nice walks from the village, and plenty to do in the nearby area. The children enjoyed watching the chickens, and we really enjoyed the eggs and fresh bread the owners kindly left us. A really relaxing weekend away"

"The location was fabulous and the garden was a joy. The house was okay but would have benefited from the owners having been less defensive and having acted upon issues already raised by previous reviewers e.g. the mattresses/pillows were very uncomfortable, the tap in the upstairs toilet is very stiff and difficult to turn on or regulate the temperature, especially cold (even the caretaker couldn't sort out). "Property & room were well appointed and maintained. Room seating was uncomfortable as sofa was a sleeper and chair was stiff, but really, most time is spent out of the room. No AC so we were hot when outside temps were in the 50’sF. In fairness this is common in Scotland. Very nice pools - yes more than 1 - plus restaurant and separate informal lounge. Good food, but breakfast hours start at 10. Doting staff. Perfect service. "
