"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The toilet in our room was not working properly, and although we were told it was a water pressure issue, the problem continued the next morning. At checkout, we were informed that nothing could be done until a manager returned. There was also a strong sewer-like odor throughout the first floor, which we were told was related to a grease trap, though the smell was still unpleasant. When we followed up, we were offered 5,000 points instead of a refund, which does not reflect the value of a night’s stay. This experience did not align with the Hilton brand’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Disappointing overall."

"This house was beautiful, updated, clean, and spacious! The master bedroom is huge!! The beds are super comfortable! We also enioyed the electric fire place in the living room! I would totally recommend this place and would go there again! "
