"The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained."

"Very comfortable"

"The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Relaxing getaway"

"Place was a bedroom inside the owners townhouse. It is a shared living area. It was messy with stuff thrown around everywhere. It was dirty and musty. Strong unbearable odor. "The accommodations were excellent. Lots of space for me and family of four children. Love the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The major drawback for me is that it is in a rough neighborhood. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. There were ants too, although this was a minor problem for me, more so the children. Overall, my stay was...
