"Your site had not sent through the booking according to the hotel. There was considerable confusion at check in. We could not have managed this situation without speaking Italian. "The sea view was charming at night once the people in front of the hotel went home. Very helpful and corteous staff. Unfortunately the air-conditioning system did not work well, the room stayed at 26.8° and so we ended up opening the window, which meant we could hear the traffic outside."
