We didnt expect this level of service from a hotel thats literally tucked into a neighborhood. Very quiet and super safe! They lock the door at 6pm and access is by your key-LOVE THIS. Staff greeted us like family and were so helpful and friendly! The room is very spacious and clean-i did find alot of hair on the bathroom floor which was surprising because everything else was spotless. We will most certainly be back. A real jewel and very affordable!

Great hotel!
Absolutely great hotel, will definitely come back to stay again. I wasn’t aware there were no elevators as my mother had a hard time coming up and down the steps.! If my mother comes again next time I’ll make sure to ask for a room downstairs. Other than that the hotel is great!!

This was an older place but well kept it did need some remodeling like the carpets and so forth. The biggest problem we had is their was locks on the tv like you can't control the volume after a certain point and if you want to hook up anything to the tv like game systems you can not because they will not give you control of that either. The other part is only one party in the hot tub at a time that part is great but both nights we stayed one party monopolized both nights until late hours of the night. So i would say maybe they should have a sign up sheet for people that want to get in the hot tub for like an hour at a time or so. The beds where very comfortable and the evening desk person is very friendly and helpful. We definitely did enjoy our stay here. I would also say i would add a little more variety to breakfast such as waffles or pancakes and maybe another form of eggs like scrambled or something just give some hot options.

Hotel is in a very nice area outside of Boulder Colorado. It is in a mostly residential area with a walking path running through the property. It is the quietest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable.

The manager was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to hike and eat. Helped us to ensure we got a reserved time slot for Rocky Mountain National park.

This is a nice quiet stay on the outskirts of Boulder. Very easy to get into town and if you have bikes, there are trails and side walk trails everywhere around it

Excellent stay in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Boulder. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Best accommodations available near Boulder for the price. Bathtub/shower curtain smelled like mildew as if they needed a deep clean. Room was otherwise clean and beds comfortable. Excellent space and convenient location (near Boulder) for the price. Despite bathroom would stay there again given the surrounding options. Very kind staff at desk.
