"The property had it all and was exactly as described. Great for entertaining. Unfortunately, we had a power outage during our stay and had to leave earlier. The host provided ice, coolers, water and all we needed until the power came on. They came and packed our coolers, provided candles, etc. Very responsive. There were wildfires in the area. The outage lasted several days and we had to move. The host and VRBO made the best of the situation and made the situation right. Would highly recommend the property and the host."

"This modern home in the hills was perfect in every way. Stunning views, regular wildlife sightings (deer and bucks!), and stocked with top-notch amenities. It’s peacefully secluded yet only 10–15 minutes from Boulder.Tip: Cell service fades on the way up, but the Wi-Fi at the house works great. An AWD/SUV is also a smart choice for wet weather or winter months. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"Great location - centered between Boulder and beautiful hiking. The “chaled” as the hosts call it, the hobbit house as my husband I referred to it, is charming, clean, well appointed and well supplied. My husband and I flew in and barely had time to change clothes and head back down into Boulder for an event. The host had snacks and sparkling water available for us. Life saver! Our last evening there we sat out on the patio watching deer and wild turkeys strut by and listened to thunder and rain. Incredibly relaxing. The home looks just as depicted on the website. Hope to come back again soon!"
