"The wife and I stayed here 7/2-7/6 for the Phish shows at Folsom. The location is great! It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The artwork in the house is very cool. We loved the showerhead. It was nice to have the outdoor hangout area. Stay here, the place is great."

"We stayed at Laura’s place for three nights while visiting colleges. It’s in a great neighborhood, not far from Pearl & Walnut streets. The condo is SO nice and bright with large windows. Very spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a balcony, large living area and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable too! We loved Boulder and will definitely want to come back and stay here again. Laura was very accommodating and responded to any queries right away. "
