The pool and hot tub looked gross… it looked green. There was never any soap in the main bathroom on the first floor. The air in our room didn’t work properly even though they said it was fixed. Everything else was great. The breakfast was excellent each day. The main beds are very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed is ok.

Hotel was beautiful. I enjoy staying at Holiday Inns because of how cleanly they are. Staff was wonderful and helpful. My only complaint is the room was not as cleanly compared to my stays at other Holiday Inns. Pool was way too hot for a pool. Felt like a giant hot tub. Breakfast was ok. It’s what is to be expected at a hotel. Coffee machines were wonderful :)

This hotel was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant! However, our room had several black hairs throughout - on bedding, towels, the floor and the shower. I asked my daughter to sit on the toilet with the lid closed, so I could fix her hair. As soon as she sat down, the toilet seat cover cracked into two pieces. It had different colored attachment pieces remaining on the seat, telling me it had been repaired before. I notified the attendant when I checked out and apologized, and he said they’d look into it. Without any further communication, they have charged my card for $150 - for a toilet seat cover!!! I called their corporate office and made a report and received a reference number, saying management would call me back within 48 hours. I haven’t gotten any further communication and was asked to leave a voicemail for management when I tried to call back. I’ll keep calling and hopefully resolve this matter. However, I would not recommend staying here and will not return.

Although we couldn't see the mountains from our room, the accessible room was very clean and spacious enough for a wheelchair. The only issues that I had with it were, the sheets were too cold for a snowy winter night — I would have preferred flannel sheets and a warmer blanket. The bed was too high, and I would have liked to have had a step stool to get in and out of it easier. But aside from those things I loved to stay and I will be staying there again. The staff was so nice and accommodating that they made us feel so welcomed we can't wait to return.

A very nice spot for us to stay it served its purpose fabulous location and the property was very clean and a pleasant surprise. Had some issues with the room the TV wouldn't function so we moved next door that was easily fixed otherwise it was a good experience nice little breakfast in the morning was very handy. My stay was great! It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great treat in the mornings. And the cookies in the evening. The hot tub wasn't working while I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again.

We arrived late, 3am, due to flights. I was worried because I had not alerted the hotel of our late arrival. They had no problem checking us in. The girl at the desk was so sweet and friendly even at 3am. It was a nice greeting. The breakfast and coffee was great as well!
