"The hotel is pretty outdated and everything closes early. Very far from the strip so dinner options are very limited. I suggest you spend the extra money and stay somewhere closer, so many hotels are kid friendly now and I was under the impression this was the only “kid friendly” hotel. "

"Internet was pretty chincy, limited to 2 devices and charged $14.99 per device after that. Received room cleaning after 1st night but after 2nd night there was no room cleaning service. I called the housekeeping dept and requested it for the next day. Left the property the next day at 9:45am and requested room cleaning service to housekeeping staff again in the morning just to make sure. Returned at approximately 5pm after golf and the room had still not been cleaned. Went to the front desk after seeing this and asked the front desk why the room wasn't cleaned? The person then rudely informed me that I had to request daily room cleaning service upon check in and was then sarcastically asked by the front desk staff if I had been traveling recently as this is common practice for properties now and that had I been traveling frequently I would know that. I found the comments weird as I travel quite frequently and own hotels myself and have never been told to request daily room cleaning service. I told the front desk I did request cleaning for this day and it was still not done. After requesting a manager they were able to get the room cleaning done daily after that interaction. Service by the manager was acceptable but the other staff member was horrible. Booked this property for a 7 day golf trip with friends but after this I would never stay at this property again and would never recommend it to anyone. "

"My family absolutely loves staying at Virgin Hotels! The room is very comfortable, spacious, and always clean. One detail I really appreciated is the mini vanity with great lighting—it makes doing your makeup so much easier and more comfortable. The bathroom is also quite spacious and convenient. The only thing I wish the room had is a microwave and a fridge, especially to store leftovers or snacks for later. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we truly enjoy it every time!"
