"The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. "

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."

"Es war ganz ganz schlimm. Wir sind 1200 km gefahren sind vor Ort gewesen und dieses Haus existiert nicht. Wir haben Fewo paarmal angerufen, und um Hilfe gebeten, aber es kam null Hilfe. Wir standen auf der Straße. 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder. Meine Frau mit einer Schwerbehinderung. Da wir in Bosnien keinen Handyempfang hatten, sind wir nach Kroatien zurückgefahren um mit der Fewo zu kommunizieren. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Die Kinder und die Frau am weinen.
