This hotel surpassed my expectations. Staff were so kind and attentive. When I arrived after a long walk from the station in hot weather they offered me a cool drink and carried my bag to my room. The room was ideal, nice and cool and with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of foods, as a vegetarian there was plenty I could eat. He location was perfect for exploring the old town and near the pickup points for some tours I had booked. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an excellent statin this hotel, only 2 minutes away from the famous bridge and city center. I was on a business trip but it felt really as an holiday. The staff was so helpful and nice. If you go to Mostar, forget other hotels, this is a very experience. I will come back for sure.

Wonderful stay! Exceptionally clean and comfortableWe had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. The entire property was extremely clean, which we highly appreciated.
