Dinner menu had a good selection. Chef needs to hold back on the salad dressing, needs to add more flavour in the Arancini and the squid should be lightly crumbed in salt and pepper and not overcooked. Complimentary water would be a bonus in the room and the long life milk needs to be in the fridge ...
