"Check in to find out elevators were not working and they expected us to climb shair with suitcases not happening they ended up finding a room on 1st floor for us /room were clean bed and shower was good/ breakfast was lacking. Would I stay again probably but it wouldnt be my first chose."

"Walls were very thin, could hear neighbors on both sides even having quiet conversations. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol but it was a non-smoking building so likely the last guest was a smoker. The staff overall was great and addressed the noise issue with a late night noisy neighbor quickly. Room was clean, great price for our stay."
