"Room was near many shops and restaurants... and 7/11 is in the same building, downstairs. The room was clean, had a cool portable AC and washer machine. Check in was through pin code. We didn't need to contact host at all, but I'm sure it would have been easy to do. Convenient distance to/from Incheon Airport. I would definitely stay here again to be close to the airport."

"It was a super clean room with extremely hospitable staff . They’re always paying attention to you and making sure you’re well taken care of and never ignored! I was impressed. The Vy bar has great vibes and wonderful bartenders that let us practice our Korean ordering with them! the room allows you to order any thing you can imagine that you’ve missed . Comfy slippers and robes, really comfortable pillows and duvet, and the black out curtains had not a millimeter crack of sunlight which helped me sleep like a baby! I was extremely comfortable during my stay, which initially I was so frustrated by since I was forced to stay one more night in Korea due to a flight delay, but the staff at Grand Hyatt turned the experience around for me and allowed me a peaceful last evening here. Airport shuttle was comfortable and had so many seats. it was difficult to find where to stand to get on the shuttle though , I had to ask 3 Korean locals at the airport"
