"Clean room, spacious bathroom (shower & bathtub), all the necessities provided (hair brush, dryer & straightener even hairspray!) Staff Senmin (lady) was super nice & friendly, explain to me the cafeteria is open 24hrs with variety korean instant noodles, breakfast all day coffee, juices & cereals. Laundry is available but not using it (only 1 night) They have shuttle to the airport, too bad only up to 10 am (my flight at 7.30 pm). Overall very happy with this hotel, only 8-10 mins walk to Unseo subway stn (2 stops to Incheon airport)."

"Room was fabulous bjt the feaort closes uta reataurants ans stores at 9am. We arrived at 8:30.so after checkin it was 9:05 and we had limited options "

"Staff explained every policy clearly and made sure I knew all upcoming changes. They were polite and respectful of my time. The free snacks in the basement were nice. "

"It was adequate for an overnight stay to return to the airport. But the hotel personnel ( one person apparently the owner) was not very friendly and spoke little English. Took me a while to figure out the amenities in the room , esp the WiFi. Also be aware that there is no free shuttle bus to and from the airport as initially advertised. But the AMEX train stop is within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby but seemed like the staff hardly spoke any English even though they tried to communicate."

"Right across from a mall so thats super convenient! Plenty of parking. Only minor issue is the AC was still set to heat so we had to sleep woth the balcony open "
