"I have been staying at this hotel every week for over a year! I cant say enough about the staff. Each one goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. It seems that the ownership is having financial diffuculties. The elevator has been out for many months. You hired a new chef that I am unsure what his goals are. Possibly cost cutting. The to go coffee cups are not made for hot liquids. I have only had the new cups twice but both times they leaked and went all over my vehicle. He is changing the menu. I had one item sfter the change and I will no longer eat there. Things change but not always for the better!"
