The cabin is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom windows offer a stunning 'treehouse' view. The living room fireplace added a perfect touch of warmth, and Paul was an exceptional host—totally responsive and answering every text within minutes. Highly recommended!""

"Ac / heating units are old and make alot of noise. I was woken up at 430am to what sounded a fire alarm going off. Turns out it was the ac unit on the ceiling. Called down and was offered ear plugs or to change rooma at 430 AM I was able to finally fall back to sleep around 8am. Went down to show them a video of the sounds and where it was coming....i was apologized to and given 1 hour extra to check out at 12 instead of 11...talk about not being aware of how the customer feels. I can care less about the "thank you" for letting them know about the AC... Probably will avoid this hotel moving forward, as i felt like i was not taken care of."

"Cabin was very nice and clean. The host didn’t respond to my text until 23 hours later and apologized. He didn’t call me back after leaving a voice message. Our issue was we didn’t feel safe and secure in there. First, the entry door was very flimsy along with the broken knob. It had a glass window on the top part of it that was already cracked. So, literally that window can just be broken and reached in to open the padlock very easily. There was no curtain or any type of cover for that glass window on the door so no privacy during the night. The door always kept getting jammed from the inside to open the door. The same for the window by kitchen sink no cover or curtain. You can’t walk into the kitchen at night because any peeping Tom can look inside. The screen door didn’t even lock from the inside. So, we left after one night even though we paid for a 2 night stay."

"Place was wonderful, cabin was clean and you can see the lake from the cabin. Everything that was needed to make the stay comfortable was properly provided. Owner was also kind enough to check us in early. The cabin was a 5-10 minutes drive to lake arrowhead which was very convenient. "

"Where do I start!? This was a lovely place to stay. It was so spacious and was very accurate in its description. It was very clean and had every amenity you could need. It literally had every appliance except a toaster. It came well stocked with kitchen appliances , tools, and towels. I think you've thought of everything! It was very cute and modest in decor. Felt very homey. I'm so thrilled with our stay. We wanted to fish and didn't realize you could not fish at lake arrowhead , but it was a quick drive to lake gregory for a fun day fishing. The cute antique store down the street was easy to walk to. The only trouble we seemed to have was doing a load of laundry, as the washer seems finicky. Could totally be that we just didn't know what we were doing. The only suggestion that I could come up with for improvement was maybe putting a small waste basket in the upstairs bathroom. This was literally one of my favorite places to stay. Thank you so much."
