"Great location. Easy to get to. Had little reception on way to Townsville when they called. Found out that if I didn’t answer that call, they would have given my room away. So be careful. More than 💩 would have hit the fan... travelling 5 hrs, family of 4. Customer service in that area definitely needs work. Everything was clean, smells nice, but the extra non-paying visitor, cockroach, we could have done without. Its an older place, but if it's just to sleep, it's perfect."
