"We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, if you don’t pay them and prefer to leave your luggage, you pay additional fees. Check out time is also early, I think they said 10am. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Location is good."

"Went to check in and room wasn’t ready for a maintenance issue. Within 5 minutes it was ready. Plan was to shower, relax, and head back out for dinner. Shower and room were fine but could not get on Wifi. No wifi meant no TV. Went to the front desk and they sent maintenance up. They were very helpful but could not figure out why our room couldn’t get wifi. Maintenance suggested we go to the front desk with them to get a new room. Front desk said there are no other rooms for 3 people and there’s nothing they can do. I was put in contact with the service provider and I was on the phone for 10 minutes giving information about our phones. After a few minutes they said it looks like something on their end. They will call back with an update. Never heard from anyone again and it wasn’t fixed. Had to use 2 international phone passes on Verizon because of this. No TV for this spoiled brat so i struggled falling asleep. Woolf Bar food was good and breakfast was mediocre. Good selection of hot and cold items for breakfast but quality was just OK. Could have eaten better for half the price off the property. London was such a great city we decided to stay longer, just at a different hotel "

"Great stay in central London. Absolutely massive hotel, and my room was a long walk through the floor but was super clean and cozy. Because it’s so big there are a lot of people staying here and it could get kind of noisy; nothing earplugs couldn’t help. Overall a great value for the price with an extensive buffet breakfast included. Parked right under the hotel without issue!"

"had an amazing stay at the City Sleeper Inn in London—truly a 10/10 experience! The location is perfect. It’s right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient to visit major landmarks and get around. Everything was within walking distance, so we barely needed to take a taxi and were able to explore the city on foot, which I loved. It’s also very close to major train stations, which made traveling (even heading toward Paris) easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is cute, small, and quaint—exactly the kind of cozy vibe I enjoy. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it smells amazing and immediately feels welcoming. The staff truly made the experience stand out. Everyone was kind and accommodating, but Matteo in particular went above and beyond. Being from New York like me, he made us feel right at home and even surprised me with a bottle of wine for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included daily, which was a great bonus and a convenient way to start each morning. I’m so glad we trusted our gut and chose to stay here. I have no complaints at all and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London!"
