"Clean room, great location. The only downside was that I have arrived at 6:30pm for check in and my room was not ready (check in time 4pm…) and they gave me a room with heater down (and they knew it was down put promissed to repair it on the same day, which never happened), so I was freezing from friday to sunday and despite my complains no one fixed it, I could not stay in the room much time due the coldness so my experience was not good. Manager seemed did not care about my complain not even showed the face to apologize. "

"Rooms not clean, deadbolt on door did not work. No amenities. "

"The room had some insects and the chalking and paint on the bathroom ceiling was not good. No breakfast was provided The room was not cleaned even though I stayed two days. "

"This is a dated property, but they do a good job with what they have. The room was clean, looks to be new flooring. A nice touch is the continental breakfast. The location is close to IU campus, and plenty of parking was available. One note for improvement, the shower head did not have good water pressure and the water was warm, but not hot, which would have been better."

"Great location. Room was spacious & setup w kitchen was great. Beds were very comfortable and overall the hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay again. "

"No hot water. Phones in the entire hotel did not work. Tv did not work. Checked in. Was in room at 10:30pm. Another hotel guest and her daughter entered my room with a key! They said it was the SECOND room they had been sent to with someone else already in it! Went to front desk (had to physically go since phones didn’t work. Clerk didn’t seem to think it was big deal nor did the”general manager” the next day. Was told at one point I wasn’t even registered at the hotel. And in the next breath was told I was registered to a room on the first floor when I was on the fourth. Not ONCE did anyone apologize for the “mixup “. "
