Family-sized Condo, 20 minutes to Indiana University & 5 minutes to Lake Monroe

Relax with your whole family or maybe a small group. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, can accommodate multiple people. We also have a full couch in the living room to fit at least 2 people and a blow-up mattress, if needed. Private patio with fire pit, grill, seating area on the 18th hole. A private pool for the residents of Eastbay, 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with a pool, bar and Sahm's restaurant and Tiki Bar. 15-20 minutes to IU's campus and 5 minutes from Lake Monroe beach, hiking trails & marina.

Short but sweet

we had a wonderful day on the water at Lake Monroe. It was wonderful to come to your place for dinner, a nice clean shower and comfortable accommodations for a good nights rest. we appreciate the opportunity to rest, relax, & recharge for another wonderful day on the water!Thanks again for offering your home to us.Oh yea.........we really enjoyed playing with the kittens who seem to live next door & watching the deer roam on the golf course!

Great location, plenty of room

The condo was perfect for our group of 9 and just few minutes from the Four Winds marina. The unit was clean and well stocked, the owner communicated very well and check in/out was super easy.

Our weekend stay at the condo off Lake Monroe was absolutely perfect. The community sits right on a beautifully maintained golf course surrounded by peaceful scenery and plenty of wildlife. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, giving us the perfect place to relax, play board games, and catch up. Everything was exactly as described, and the property owner’s communication made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would happily stay here again. 5 stars!

A Quick Memorial Day Family Meet Up

First time stay at this property and found it spot on with the description. I have family in the area and several of us traveled to join in. Close to Lake Monroe and Bloomington. I will stay again. Try it, you'll like it!
