"This two-story home north of Negril is clean, comfortable, and has well-functioning air conditioning. While the westward cliffside views are great, the best sunsets on the island are from the large, quiet community infinity pool, which is a five-minute walk away and overlooks a private beach. During our stay, the back porch light was broken and the washer was inoperable (awaiting replacement). One suggestion for management would be to provide garbage bags, as guests are required to haul trash to bins down the street.A rental car is a must for this location, and parking is available. While the house is quiet and secluded, the two main beaches are just a mile and three miles down the road, respectively. Overall, it is a solid, well-kept spot."

"The staff are amazing! Rooms are clean. Food never disappoints. The gym could use functioning cooling system that works. The hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. The property itself could use a little TLC, buildings, gardens etc. "

"Considering Hurricane Melissa devastated much of Jamaica in the fall of 2025, Trenton and his crew put this property back in tremendous shape. The view overlooking the ocean, watching sunsets and relaxing with a cold beverage under the tiki hut is what relaxing vacations are all about. The villa itself is nicely appointed. Furniture in the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed if you like to cook as we do. Windows and doors front and back allow a nice cooling breeze in. Although there is A.C. on the main floor and both bedrooms we seldom needed to use it. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice pillows and linens. Having two upstairs bathrooms is very convenient. One bonus is the artwork throughout the villa. Very island like and unique. Trenton and his maintenance man, Rolston are very quick to respond to any issues. They truly care about their guests. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return next year."

"The support staff, the house and location made this a perfect vacation for my 82 year old mom, my sister and our 5 kids. The house is very close to the beach and pool. It is quiet and chill with a swimming area as well as rocks that make for good snorkeling. Access to a driver made it easy to get in and out and to explore other parts of the country. For two moms with demanding jobs, having the time to spend together while not cooking and cleaning made it a true vacation. Denva and Kim felt like friends by the end of the week. The owner, Sule, was quick to respond and attentively checked on us during the week. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It’s less than a one-minute walk to the private beach and pool, which was incredibly convenient. The house truly felt like home—comfortable and welcoming. The open space in the back was a huge bonus and perfect for a soccer game and outdoor fun. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This is a beautiful property. The only reasons we could not give it 5 stars was because the grill was not working and would not be replaced nor fixed timely and we wanted to use it and the AC unit in the master bedroom was not cooling the room. That was challenging because we had to share the only other bathroom on the main level, which we did not plan on doing. The property manager did open up another room to us in the house, but that room did not have the size or the view we had in the master bedroom, which was another deciding factor on this property. They did get the AC fixed sooner versus later though. The kitchen did have the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook. WiFi wasn't the greatest and kept going in an out but I think that may be expected."
