"Very clean and super comfortable beds. The sound of the surf while soaking in your own open air onsen tub on the balcony is fantastic. Wonderful ocean view from open air tub as well as balcony chairs and table. Great food in the restaurants."

"Fantastic stay. Huge beautiful rooms and the most attentive considerate staff."

"Good cleaning, wonderful view, kind staffs Everything was good"

"Excellent facilities and top notch service together with fantastic food, drinks and all inclusive. Villa with private onsen and swimming pool will leave you breathless. "

"Staff were very helpful. We had the mountain view. But ocean view might have been appreciated. Otherwise the stay was pleasant. The room was large."

"We had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely love to come back!!"

"I loved my stay here so much, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. Close to the station, good restaurant nearby, very peaceful environment!"

"Great breakfast experience"

"Super helpful staff and excellent breakfast."

"Excellent location for onsen enthusiasts with all necessities of daily life around the corner from the supermarket to the soba restaurant. Friendly and helpful receptionist with smooth check-in and check-out. Great value for short and long term stays. "

"Great location near hell hot spring tourist attractions. "

"The house is new, clean and tidy, recommanded!"

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
