Nice rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast made our day. Shuttle pick up and drop off was excellent, although no one picked up our call when we rang for the shuttle. Luckily we saw and waved the right shuttle bus down.

We were able to organise a shuttle from Pier 91 following our cruise for $20 per person. The check in was fast and we were able to get an early check in as well as a late check out the next day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and we had everything we needed. The location close to the airport was handy and the free airport shuttle was appreciated. We enjoyed our one night stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay near SeaTac airport.

Brand new hotel! Staff are lovely and beds are comfy! Rooms are very spacious and have almost everything you need. Laundry facilities come in handy with washers and dryers available for use.
We did have issues with all our room cards not working but staff were amazing and fixed the issue - being a new hotel that’s only just opened there’s bound to be some teething issues.

Great staff. Great food including breakfast. Close to downtown, tourist locations and pioneer square. Airport link line 1 train station to airport only 100 yards away. A historical hotel with big rooms. Not your normal bland hotel chain. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
