"This property is convenient to main street, tubing, restaurants, etc. this particular unit does not have access to control its own HVAC temperature as the main thermostat is located in the upstairs unit. You could hear almost every move the upstairs neighbors made, especially when walking - sounded like they were gonna start line dancing at any minute.
