The apartment is right in town. Three couples stayed at the apartment. The beds we comfortable and we loved the idea of our own bathroom, especially with three women. Very short drive to town or a good walk

Excellent spot!

This was a great place to stay, very close to the main streets in Helen! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway! Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Helen.

This property was perfect for our getaway to Helen! The quiet place was close to the activity of downtown Helen. It had all the essentials and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms!

Great condo!

Communication with the owner was amazing. Let us in early and the condo was clean, beds comfortable, and a nice screened patio. Keurig was nice! Would definitely come again!!

Just Perfect

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Rocks throw from the water park and river. Easy access to downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The property owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with! Will stay again!

Overnight stay

We only stayed one night but had all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The dryer didn’t work on our stay, but these things happen and we let management know so they could get it fixed. Very nice home in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Excited to report that we were pleasantly surprised by this unit. Super clean and spacious. Decor was cute and kid friendly. Pictures online don’t do it justice. Glad we booked here and would do so again

Fun Fun Fun

We had a great time. Lynn was there to let us in and gave us ideas for our stay. She and her staff were friendly and made our stay easy. When we text her with questions she replied quickly. The condo was clean and very close to all things in town. We probably could have walked but it was a little chilly. We felt safe and had a terrific time!

Cute get away

This little apartment was very cozy and had pretty much everything we needed. We did only stay one night, so we didn't use the kitchen much. But plenty of room for 5 of us to sleep comfortably. Maybe some shades on the bedroom windows in the one bedroom up stairs and the bedroom downstairs. The lights outside made it very bright in the rooms at night. Overall, we would definitely come back.

Short

First, stay was only one night, when I thought I had booked two nights. Not the fault of owner, a mixup with VRBO, but was still inconvenienced with travel plans in peak tourist season. Beds were clean, rooms spacious, but overall the place is very dated. Drapes in two of the bedrooms were sheer, allowing street lights to keep the rooms bright all night. No closet doors, on any closets, including laundry room, which sat in the dining room area. The “Flamingos” used to decorate the rooms did not add to aesthetic appeal. We will not book this place again.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice and clean. Location is just a little ways out of town, not within walking distance in the winter time but would be a good walk in the summer or fall. The only three things that I would say that would need attention would be the coffee maker that only worked if you held the handle down on it. And to be able to turn off the outside yard light outside of the first floor bedroom window or put some kind of a heavier curtain up that the light will not shine through. It’s almost as bright as daylight, even with the lights turned off in the bedroom at night. The third thing the apartment really needs six new coffee cups. There was only three in the cabinet and they looked really old and stained, but other than that the apartment is a great place to stay and we would stay again. we would have given it a five star overall rating if it hadn’t been for these three things.
