Clean, well maintained and super cute townhouse overlooking the river. The stairs are steep but if you are ok with stairs it’s an adorable place and would definitely stay again. On the edge of town so quiet - we were there is Dec.

Road trip

The place is just wonderful. Great location to everything. It’s so nice having the river right there. We ended up booking another night because it’s so relaxing and comfortable. The hosts have been great to work with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Thanksgiving weekend in Helen

Everything was just as pictured. The location was great and within walking distance from all the attractions and shops. It was super quiet and had a nice view of the river behind us. Bedrooms both had the In suite bathrooms and then the 1/2 bath downstairs which was very handy with teenagers!! Communication was excellent with the host!

Lovely by the river

Lovely and comfortable townhouse on the river. We enjoyed coffee in chairs right on the riverbank. Excellent location in Helen. We needed nothing, but our food. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice coffee bar. Covered parking.

Wonderful first experience in Helen, GA

We visited helen to see the fall foliage and enjoy the Oktoberfest festivities. The condo was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk to the center of Helen down a flat street that was along the river. There is a park and several eateries along the way. The condo was quiet and peaceful and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the decks on the river side. We would consider staying here again.

A Quick Getaway

This condo did not disappoint! The owner thought of everything,from bottled water in the fridge to coffee for the next morning, extra towels and linens and even brochures of local attractions. The condo was invitingly decorated and truly felt like staying in a friends home. We were pleased to be on the edge of town, as it was much quieter, but found we were close enough to walk everywhere for shopping and dining. I would definitely book with this host again!

Perfect river retreat!

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend at this property. Everything was clean, organized and had designated spaces for personal belongings which was nice not to have to open 15 cabinets to find one that could hold our things. Covered parking was a plus, and the back deck was large and had plenty of seating. The host was very responsive and kind. Walking into town was never a problem, and there were plenty of close restaurants, general stores, and gas stations. Would recommend this spot and plan to return again for future trips!

Great Location and Clean!

The condo is on the edge of town so quieter than staying near the center of Helen. May be a little more than walking distance to the center of the village for some (older folks or on a really hot day). For us parking near the village was easy (visited in late July). $10 all day parking and you can leave then return later for no extra charge. Made going back to the unit to clean up then return for dinner a snap! The condo was clean, modern and had all the necessities. A good value. The property manager checked on us just enough to make sure all was ok but not too much to feel watched. Only down side (if there is one)… would be nice if the deck were screened in. Not a show stopper by any stretch just an observation. Had a great stay and look forward to booking this unit again in the future.

Condo was beautiful and the proximity to town was wonderful. Very walkable, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. View of the river from the balconies was beautiful. Rooms were great and condo was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit in the perfect location! Scenic view of the river from the balcony. Well appointed amenities- host very accommodating! Being within a reasonable walking distance to all the downtown has to offer we just parked and walked to many locations including the amazing Fest Halle. A road trip was made to 3 different waterfall hikes within a few miles.
